I have been going to the Irving location in Tx for years. My last two experiences have not been good. I’m very dissatisfied with the customer service of the staff. The representative at the front register charged me for two jumbo jacks burgers. I wanted two breakfast jacks and two tacos. She didn’t understand that I wanted breakfast jacks. I had to show her a picture. I checked the receipt and she charged me for the jumbo jacks. I told her my order was wrong she said she would refund the money to my card and charge me again for the correct order. She didn’t know how to do that procedure. She asked the manager and she told her to just give me the difference in cash. She didn’t that. This is the Irving, Tx location on Irving Blvd. The restaurant was not clean either.

Jack in the Box decided to close the only store in my area at the end of August. I have reached out to Jack in the Box several times since then because this decision was made without warning to the people who live in this area. I believe that it is extremely deceptive of Jack in the Box that they did not give any warning of this so people can use their saved up rewards points, and even more deceptive that Jack in the Box continued to allow people to earn rewards points when they knew well in advance that this location would be closing and they would not be able to redeem these points. While many of my initial communications to Jack in the Box have been ignored, I am in communication with them right now, and it's clear that Jack in the Box does not feel a responsibility to compensate anyone for this issue that the closing of the Big Bear Lake location caused. They believe that since the points are still valid at other locations, then they can still be used. Going to the nearest Jack in the Box now involves driving for over an hour. There are still other fast food restaurants available to me in town, and if I did happen to find myself close to a Jack in the Box in the next six months before these points expired, then there would also be better options available to me as well. This could have been avoided with better transparency from Jack in the Box either allowing customers to redeem points prior to the store closure, or choose to dine elsewhere because their earned points would not be usable. It is extremely disappointing that Jack in the Box does not have a shred of respect for their customers and chose to treat them like this.

I ordered the Ultimate bacon cheeseburger at the 10th and 395 in Kennewick, WA and it was very disappointing. There is only 2 small slices of bacon. It wouldn't even be a whole slice if you put it together. What's up with that Jack!

The food was honestly delicious. However, the restaurant was filthy! Especially the bathrooms! The restaurant had flies flying everywhere landing on my food and around my face. Spiders in the corner with webs. There were no lids or condiments stocked. Employees were standing around talking and laughing but did not even greet us. They were very rude when taking our order and when I asked for condiments and lids for our cups. The bathroom had pubic hair on the toilet seat and the toilet seat was dirty. The urinal had urine all over it inside and out. The sink was filthy with mold around the faucet. The floor was even slippery and had toilet paper and shredded cheese all over it. It smelled awful in there. We were not even able to use the bathroom. The other bathroom was locked so we have no idea what it was like. It disgusted me to see that after eating. We weren’t even given trays for our order when eating in because the manager said the trays were all dirty. Yet, the employees were just standing around talking!? I don’t understand such laziness. I just felt the corporate office should know this.

I went thru the drive thru. The girl was not friendly. Has no customer service experience. Really had to ask my order 2x.
Went I went to pay she dropped part of the order and she agree to take it off my change and give me change again. She then stated she was not rude. I asked for mgr. Told her. She did resolve the issue but never apologize.
When I finally got what I asked, then the girl apologized.
The only positive was the lady giving me my order was so friendly and made sure I had everything in my bag.
I would say that they need a little more help in customer service and know how to take and order from a customer.
Yes it’s not a five star but I could find another store and rather drive out of my way than a store that’s close.

I was in your location on 17th Street. Late afternoon on Thursday ( today ). I am really concerned about the cleanliness of your facility. Restaurant food prep area. I looked around. Because there was a harsh scent in the lobby. The floor in the food prep area was dirty. The prep table for fries / curly fries wasn’t protected. Cash register area was dusty and greasy. Gal who took money, also handled food. I wish I took pics. I had a smash burger. Tons of pickles…..

I went to two different Jack in the Boxes that are in two different cities and I could not purchase a gift card with my Atm card. They said I had to purchase them with cash. Who has cash on the now a days? So I was unable to get a gift are for a gift. I contacted Jack in the box and they say sorry for you frustration. We don't have control over are stores. Well I guess Jack doesn't mind that they are going to be losing money from people trying to buy a gift card from them.

Absolutely rude female corporate representative that answered the phone for guest relations. Zero customer service skills and could not offer any solution to something simple. I definitely see why Jack-in-the-Box has gone downhill in recent years and why they have a one star review at almost every single location, including the corporate headquarters So many other well run corporate restaurant companies, and this one just reeks of absolutely abysmal customer service. I hope they fail.

This Jack in the Box location has had ongoing issues for years with homeless individuals occupying the parking lot, engaging in drug use, drug sales, and leaving the area unsanitary. Customers are left without safe or available parking spaces, and the environment feels unsafe to walk through. Despite these problems being persistent for years, management and the company have failed to take meaningful action. This creates a serious concern for customer safety and public health. It reflects poorly on the brand and demonstrates a lack of accountability or care for the community.
